Annie Wersching

Annie Wersching (born March 28, 1977) is an American actress who is famous for her character Renee Walker in the American television series 24 as well as the voice and motion capture for the character Tess in Naughty Dog's video game The Last of Us. Wersching was born in St. Louis, Missouri and was raised in the city. She received her degree in 1995 from Crossroads College Preparatory School. Star Trek: Enterprise: Wersching marked her first appearance as an actor. Lateron, she played guest starring roles in shows such as Charmed and Killer Instinct. She played the role of Amelia Joffe, a recurring character on ABC's daytime soap drama General Hospital from March 2007 until November 2007. She was a part of theatres like Victory Gardens. Marriott Lincolnshire. The Utah Shakespearean Festival. She also competed in Irish dancing and was a part of to the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. She holds an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Millikin University in musical theater. After her time on 24 for two seasons, Wersching was a guest presenter on various shows such as Rizzoli & Islands, Hawaii Five-0 and Body of Proof. She also starred in Dallas, Revolution Castle, Blue Bloods, The Vampire Diaries, Touch, which is a co-production with her 24 co-star Kiefer Sultrland. In 2014, she was a series regular for the first season of Amazon Prime crime show Bosch. Wersching played the role of catcher for the National League during the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends, Celebrity Softball Game. Wersching was also the voice of Tess in The Last of Us on PlayStation 3. Geoff Keighley teased Wersching's character on Twitter, before her identity was revealed in the Spike Video Game Awards story trailer on December 7 December 7, 2012. Wersching was to play the part of the Borg Queen on Star Trek: Picard in season 2.
